Service Description
Target Skill Level: Basic TiD CEUs: 1 Presenters: Christine Cowart Course Length: 1 hour When conducting a participatory design process or otherwise working with individuals who may have experienced trauma, TiD practitioners should keep an eye out for signs that participants may be becoming overwhelmed or agitated by the conversation. If a practitioner recognizes that someone is becoming dysregulated, they should stop the conversation, and try to help the individual regulate. This course presents a set of tools that can help a person return to a more regulated state and will provide practitioners with skills to lead someone through them.
