Service Description
Target Skill Level: Basic TiD CEUs: 1 Presenters: Janet Roche and Christine Cowart Course Length: 1 hour This offering would introduce the scope and characteristics of human trafficking operations, including how individuals are targeted, groomed, recruited, and entrapped. In order to create healing spaces for these survivors, it’s important to know the tools and mechanisms used by traffickers and how that can impact survivors’ perceptions, boundaries, and understanding of safe relationships. This offering would explore all these dynamics and discuss the TiD implications.
Cancellation Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations of courses must be received prior to the start of the course. A credit, which may be used for other services or purchases from Trauma-informed Design Society, may be provided for enrollments cancelled after the course begins. Participants joining any live or synchronous event more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time without prior notice may not be admitted to the session.
